I have heard if we take protein shake with out doing much work outs we will put on weight. Is it fine if we dnt work out much and take more proteins.

 

Usually proteins shakes are advised by the gym trainers while doing extensive work outs right

5 weeks schedule  to loose weight from 90 to 70 unte cheppandi.

Occasional Drinking ok na ?

 

 

30 min cardio

30 min weight training

 

no rice/sugars  and junk food...

 

Drinking ok appudappudu...make sure while drinking no heavy food...
