Burn more calories than you eat and avoid fried and cheese foods ........

stepper cheste potta taggutundi and you need some abdominals too ..........
but thighs taggali ante matram running must based on my own experience

fat anedi body motham even ga distribute aai untundi... excercise cheste results neeku kanipistai anta kani ee area lo tagali aa area lo pergalai ante kastam... muscle strong avudi emo mari ekkuva exercise cheste oka part meda... ante .. nee fat tagali ante exercise is the only option...
