[/quote] 1) Avoid fried foods, beer,sodas ,cheesy foods,sweets compleletely 2)Eat only grilled foods which shouldn't contain more 1200 calories 3) watch your food intake calories 4)Bita tinatam max maney 5)Daily 4litres water, 2 litres juice tagu 6)Don't skip break fast i would suggest you to go for oat meal with skim milk with out any sugar added 7)Make a shake of bluberries and skim milk for dinner 8) short distance laki car lo vellakunda walk cheyy (with in a mile) 9) If you are not interested in work out go for swimming ,racketball,cycling,Clean your house regularly 10)night dinner chala light ga undali ela ante oka 300 cal solid food,oka 250 cal in liquids like blue berry shakes,juices by 7:30 pm max and wait for 2 hrs to sleep in the mean while have a short walk for 15 min talking to some one in the phone 11) time ki food tinatam kuda very important If you follow this you will definitely cut around 10 lbs in a month but if you want to loose belly or hip fat then you need to work out for sure Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
