Good Thread!! Naa Shaadi fix aindi.. So started working out... Daily morning evening pota Gym ki.. Morning only Cardio .. Brisk walk and stepper , Bicycling== 1 hr chesta,.

Evening konchem warmup chesaka Crunches , chest , biceps chesta.. Trainer ni pettukolaa.. Pettukundam anukuntunna.. Chudali...

Ikkada ichaina Diet plan and workout plans follow autaa.. Thanks Guys!! afdb rocks

hmmm. not a good plan bhayya.
3 days cardio, 4 days biceps,chest etc meedha work cheyyi.

every day cardio, body building rendu chesthey body ekkuva strain avuthundi. not a good idea.

trainer pettuko. okka 10 session chaalu. nee body ki thagga work out plan chepthadu
