nenu inthaku mundu bakkaga undey vadini us ki vachaka konchem potta perigindi........ dumbells chesey vadini little bit exercises chesey vadini........ treadmill and cycliong chestey potta tagutada and also i dont want to loose weight........... wat u guys suggest.... nenu 1 month lo INDIA potuna.........
