okka 1 day time iyyandi mamalu update cheyadaaniki.... Monday roju personal trainer gaadu tho meet ayya picha busy anukunta lekapothey jalsa cinema lo sunil gaadi lantodu emo barinchalenantha tondara...... diet chepaadu elaa thinaaali enthaa thinaaali enni saarlu thinaali...

ninna only abs exercise cheyinchaadu mama lika crunches, push ups, ilaaa okka 5 mins cheyinchaadu endhukantey session lo inka 5 mins undey inka asalu baaga push cheysaadu anthey..... jarigindhi next session nundi weights anaadu inka..........
