Hi Guys..just wanted to share my experience as it would be useful for others who are willing to go for stamping.

I had my appointment in the afternoon at 1:15 pm and i was allowed inside 15 mins before. waited with the regular process of waiting and finally went to the counter where i was interviewed.

Visa Officer: How are you doing?
Me: Great...how about you?
Visa Officer: Fine.. what do you work on?
Me: I work on Java/J2EE Technologies
Visa Officer: Are you an expert at webservices and Spring?
Me: I said i am very good it ( Thinking it would be over confidence if i said yes)
Visa Officer: Can you explain about ur project and and ur responsibilities?
Me: Blah ..blah ..blah
Visa Officer: Is your role a lead role?
Me: Technically yes..but i am a contractor and they call me a sr.Developer as i work extensively on development too co-ordinating with teams in India,Argentina and multiple cities in USA
Visa Officer: can i see your LCA?
Me: Gave the document
Visa Officer: Can i see your client letter?
Me: Our client company policy doesn't provide client letters without RFE/Query from US consulate how ever i do have the email conversations with my Manager, tech leads and gave him the document which i printed from outlook. ( Immigration dept stated in those emails to my manager that they cannot provide client letter without query/rfe)
Visa officer: Who is your employer?
Me: told him
Visa Officer: Can i see your past w-2 for 2011 and 2010?
Me: i gave 2011 and i changed employer for 3 months in 2010 and lost that 2nd w2 and thought he wouldnt care 2010 w-2
Visa Officer: He asked specifically 2010 w-2's
Me: I gave one and he asked the other one too i said i misplaced it some where but i had it till i reached toronto ( I lied i didnt have it nad lost it long back but just thought he would feel i am irresponsible to loose a w-2)
Visa Officer: It's such an important document and you need to keep it safe ( He said smiling)
Me: I didn't know how to react and i kept silent.
Visa Officer: DO you have a vendor in between client and your employer?
Me: I thought i am screwed but i cannot lie so said YES
Visa Officer: Can i see any document supporting your answer?
Me: I gave him the letter the prime vendor provided. I had an excellent letter as i was working with this client for almost 3 yrs.
Visa Officer: wow..you are working for same client for almost 3 yrs..
Me: i said yes sir
Visa Officer: That's a very long time...
Me..I just smiled.
Visa Officer: Do you have any other documentation between client and vendor?
Me: I had mutual contracts between client and prime vendor which is a 100 pgs pdf with rates stricked inviisbly in black and i gave that...i had PO between client and Vendor but i didnt want to show it as my project extends every 6 months and it has a end date.
Visa officer: Do you have any document with vendor and your employer?
Me: yes sir, I have the PO and gave him that
Visa Officer: I see multiple visit visa 's on your passport
Me: I said yes sir, my sister stays in UK and i visited her
Visa Officer: I even see Canadian visit visas..this is your 3rd multiple entry visa..
Me: Yes sir..i visited Canada earlier..
Visa officer: How many times did you visit earlier?
Me: I hated to answer this question but i had to..i said 13 times
Visa Officer: wow..who stays here?
Me: I said my friends
Visa Officer: Did you visit Canada 13 times for your friends?
Me: My BF lives here and i visited for him
Visa Officer: He smiled...
Visa Officer: Is your GC under processing?
Me: yes sir, i filed i140 and i am waiting for priority date to be current
Visa Officer: Do you have plans to settle down in United States?
Me: it's such a complicated question..i said NO
Visa Officer: Why did your employer start GC processing when you are not interested?
Me: I said i thought it would be easy for better for fulltime opportunities if i have a EAD ( I answered something which popped in my mind..i didn't even know if i can answer so..)
Visa Officer: SO, you think you are not getting FT opportunities because you don't have a GC?
Me: I got nuts.. i was frustrated...i said nothing like that..i had the required skill set and my employer was willing to file it and i thought it would be a good idea to have it filed...( I really thought in mind..would you please stop these questions regarding GC processing)
Visa Officer: He smiled..
Visa Officer: I see your manager is in colorado, ur PO in Tampa and ur pay stubs and w-2 has texas address..why is it so?
Me: I thought okay..i got a query ,.i said i basically work in Texas at my employer location..i do visit tampa sometimes and work at client location and yes my manager is in colorado..(Actually i recently moved to colorado office but i didnt want to mess up more complicating my situation..also, i always worked in tampa location never worked in texas but had to say so as my employer ran it that way )
Visa Officer: You travel from texas to tampa for work?
Me: Since our team works in multiple locations i mainly work in texas and visit once or twice in a month for some important meetings..so i basically work in texas ( however i had letter saying i am working at that particualr address in tampa)
Visa Officer: Staying in Toronto shouldn't be a problem for a while for you since your Boy Friend is in Toronto right?
Me: I was shocked...I thought what the hell is he talking....though i tried to control my expressions on face he already observed it
Visa Officer: He smiled and said...relax...i am granting you visa..and gave a slip to track the passport...i had my loomis location in brampton and he told it would take 3-4 days for me to collect my passport..
Me: I said thank you and and came out of consulate almost with a head ache..it was such a long interview but i am fine as i finally got the visa

In detail interview post but just thought it would be helpful.. .. i actually forgot even this password to login her ....got my email confirmation and logged in just to post my experience...Good luck for people who are going for stamping..tc..

special thanks to ReddyGaru for timely help..

try this visa agent services...you can get your passport back within 3 days...and max withing 5-6 business days if you go for rush services...

http://www.ambassadorpassportandvisa.com/

i would suggest go for multiple visa...and usually if you go for mutliple you would get the visa till your passport expiry date or H1b expiry whichever is sooner as per my knowledge...
