Every now and then, I see few members asking how to insert images in posts, this is a small and definitely an informative post ( I feel)...



when you open an image in a browser, you will have the address of the image in the address bar as shown in the pic above.

but if you want to share an image from some other web page, just right click on the image and chose "copy image location" or "copy image address" and come over to posting page in this db...



once in the posting page... paste the address that you copied, select it and click the image icon above, this will produce, the [img] tags around the address. just preview your post to make sure you are good. that's it enjoy...


How to post images if u face any problem?

if direct URL(address) doesnt works here.... upload your pic...to imagehosting sites like...www.imageping.com, www.tinypic.com.. and copy the image location.. then post here.....

and i request mods and admins to make this thread sticky..i would be lot helpful to new members..because i see atleast 4 threads per week asking how to post videos and pictures..i have seen mods replying to those threads couple of times but but makink it sticky would be more help ful..
