kakatiya 313 Report post Posted January 25, 2017 Tyre maintenance: Do tire rotation every oil change. Verify tire thickness by using a penny. Worn treads: The tread depth of your tires should always be above 1/16 of an inch. Our professional technicians at our auto service center can check the depth of your treads with a special measurement tool; however, you can also check this yourself with just a penny. All you have to do is insert the penny between the treads with Abraham Lincoln’s head down. If his entire head is still visible, it means you don’t have enough tread and should replace your auto tires immediately.
