Navin Chawla helped Congress win 2009, what can help Cong this time?

excerpts from wiki on Navin Chawla

- Sanjay Gandhi's classmate
- Secretary to Lt.Guv of delhi during Emergency
- Declared unfit to hold public office by shah commission report, which disappeared from India and only exists in Australian National library
- Given Mazzini award by Italian govt in 2005 for promoting understanding between India and Italy
- BJP tried to remove him twice - 200 MPs submitted request to remove him to president and then Jaswant Singh appealed to the Supreme court - both dismissed.
- In last ditch effort, in Jan 2009, then CEC, N Gopalaswami appealed to the President for his removal. This was also rejected unconstitutionally.
- He became CEC in Apr 2009, just in time for 2009 elections.

There is no doubt that this man should never have become CEC or that 2009 was rigged.

Maybe the 2014 elections will be free and fair. But I doubt it. Maybe NDA will get 220 seats and run around for the rest of 52, trying with Jaya, Mamata, Maya, and Naveen.

Already, like in 2004 and 2009, loyal media houses are putting projections for a definite BJP victory to lull them into complacency.

If there's a hung parliament, elections will be held again, and it will be easier to rig the second elections. The Modi crowd would've lost steam, and Rajnath Singh as PM candidate won't attract the same support.
