My friend's case: (nenu CPT lol)

 

H1B is approved in may with out change of status from F1 to H1. In the I797B Consulate mentioned is Hyderabad. Can anyone please suggest If I should go to Jamaica/Hyd.

 

1) If he go to jamaica and VO ask why did you come to jamaica not India  , what should he answer?

2) To change the consulate from HYD to Jamaica, we can request form I824 to uscis which will take 2 months at least.

3) Do we really have to request i824 to go to different consulate other than what mentioned by Uscis ?

friend ki same issue vundi. change of consulate apply cheyyakunda Jamaica ke veltunnadu. adigite vacation time ekkuva ledu anduke ikkadiki vachina ani chebutaadu ata.

ok.. Naku ee year H1 Approved ayindi.. Oct 1 nundi start date.. ekadaki stamping ki vellali ani H1b document lo untunda????
