Naku doubt Cos deny ite enni months lo vellali stamping ki immediate ga possible avvaka pote???

Naaku I94 raaledu....and still in confusion Jamaica vellacha ani... ma attorney ne adigithe ela andi...

"If  there is a denied change of status in which USCIS has rendered you not to be in status, the rule requires that you should go to your home country (or country of last residence)  to obtain a stamp."

 

But kontha mandi vellaru.... edo... em ardham kavatle...

No need to wory to go other countries other than India ... Idi Pakka velthuna friends unaru currently and vellina valla gurinchi vinna so bhayapadadu bros ... Anni docs tho vellandi come with stamping .. Don't think too much

Hello guys, 2014 lo h1 approve ina vallu or approve i COS (Change of status ) denied ina vallu evarina vunnara. na H1 approved and COS denied and Sept end ki Jamaica (Notified was New Delhi)slot pettu kunna. inka evarina vunte same case plz share, we can plan for the interview. 

 

 

Same situation lo unnadu naa friend. Sep 22 ki appointment undi. Letters pay slips ela ? emaina adugutharaa?

nadi same situation bhayya ... H1 approved bt COS denied ... nadi Hyd consulate ani undi .. bt it's not mandatory .. .adi default ga ala istadu ani ma lawyer chepadu .. you can go to any consulate to get stamped ... ATB
