Domestic violence and abuse 
I came across many sad stories. H4 spouses are badly beaten and abused by their highly skilled husbands. Due to their financial dependence many of them don’t speak because still in our countries divorce is a big taboo. Also, if she goes back, it will be hard for her to get a job because lack of work experience. So, from both ends we are dead. Even we don’t have money to hire an attorney to look after the case. 
In many cases, the H1B spouse threatens the abused H4 visa spouse to go back to her native country alone or give him a divorce(mutually without alimony) after that she can take the baby. According to the law, an American born kid can be taken by any parent out the states only after the consent other parent. 
I think, there is no significant law for legal immigrant dependents in the US. Apart from that, many H4 spouses are suffering from mental, chronic depression, suicides, neurological problems even severe health problems.

h1b l1 mida vachi indians greed valle e situation create ayindi ani clear ga rasaru and its a fact kada. where ever we go we exploit the crap over there.Mana country lone chudandi , why dont we go back because we are afraid of survival and thats a fact , IT companies in india suck blood.Now i dont know how big of a problem is domestic violence is in certain categories of visas but i feel people are getting independant and smart every day. Not to mention there are number of cases where guys are constantly troubled by wives affairs and lost their lives. I am not for or pro to a point here, all i am saying is everyone have to be brave enough to face things in life and be ready to move on.

true culture shock has a lot to play in this, kodtunnaru ante ventane police report cheyali , abusing wife is the worst kind, am not sure how many married guys around me do this kind of stuff, i never heard any of this and am pretty sure people who beat their wives are cowards and hid behind the walls of disguise.
