help me Gc 140 Question From Thupel Univ

2nd MS -- I did my MS from Thupel univ --name with H

1st MS-- I also Have MS from other Country - which is equivalent to US-MS

 

So I did apply my GC in EB2 with 1st MS and 1yr of exp which I worked on OPT from first MS... Labour Approved

Now I140 apply chestey nuvvu US college mention cehyyaledu, kaani aah Thupel kaaeji nundi vachinaa benefits use cehysaav ani antaadu -- this is my Employer view.. eminaaa idea unteyc ehppandi koncehm deeni meedaa

and if you labour approved from first unive , your i140 can also approve through first univ what is the issue

why you are going with 2nd univ

and if you labour approved from first unive , your i140 can also approve through first univ what is the issue

why you are going with 2nd univ

labour is also approved from 1st univ.. I never used 2nd univ...

issue is.. while filing the labour I showed them exp 1yr..+ MS from 1st Univ. Not Question is that 1 yr Exp is used on OPT from 2nd Univ.

 

this may raise the point.
