which one helps for the career and salary wise

vaadiki company valle SAP and Oracle Fianance Training ippincharu first one year Genpact lo..

 

 

during that time he was paid around 15K anukunta..salaries alage unnai market lo...for freshers...

 

a tarvata 3 yrs akkade chesadu..he led his team for Google-Kodak merger Finances  and Symantec Finances..

 

 

now he jumped and his salary also jumped from 15k/m  to 30k/m  

 

 

so intial ga koncham struggle chesina..its good to join and gain experience...2yrs tarvata jump...
