Kontha mandhi managers Ilaane Untaaru baa...Valaki Endhi ant  dey donn want to hear any Reasons and they don;t want to take the Blame/Responsibilty..At any cost Work Finish Ayipovaali anthe... (Due to Variety of Reasons - Higher Management Pressure, Project Dead line Blah Blah).....
