No idea, but what i can suggest is...neeku near future lo aa plot lo illu kattukune idea lekapothe, small investments tho rekula rooms kattiyi(it would not cost more and can easily scrap)

 

400 yards ante easy ga 2 sides each 3 rooms and bathrooms ochesthayi

 

only thing is you have to be ready to deal with all kind of people and collect rents

 

koncham silly/cheap ga anpiyochu....but worth
