Bhayya I am planning to go jamaica next week, Can someone give me correct answers to the below questions, If VO ask...clarityga cheppandi...bhayya....

 

 

1)  OPt lo few months not worked...why the w2 is showing less amount compared to this yr ?

 

2) whom you work for ante - Employer ? who is vendor , what is his role between emp and client ?

 

3) CPT lo 3 months not worked...Can I tell like this..I was doing practical training and worked as unpaid intern ani cheppala, I already took exp letter as unpaid intern ani...

 

4)  why LCA and paystubs different amounts ?

1)  OPt lo few months not worked...why the w2 is showing less amount compared to this yr ? mostly think that they don't go into each any every month or year details.. they just see number if its too low then they have issue ... alla anukoni confident ga vundu .. nee question ki answer ... yepudina sare year long we cant work as robot's right .. just think if you can say sick or just took a break or some thing else for period of opt and cpt ... where as in h1 employer has to pay if you r in vacation too .. only thing when you are sick he can't but that too you ahve to provide proof for medication if its is for long ...

who is vendor , what is his role between emp and client ? vadu ela adagadu .... adigthe vadu VO ga waste ani deice avuu and okate cheppu he act as supplier company at client place anu

if LCA amount is < paystubs no need to worry ... just say some perks etc if they ask why more if different is a bit of medium .. it way more then you and your employer should come up with a story .. if lcs is > paystub then check with your employer itself what can be done.... mostly froom your side you can just come up with some medical issuess ... etc
