Why Vijayawada/guntur Is A Best Fit Capital Of Andhra ?

Everyone know Krishna, Guntur Districts have the best fertile lands, after seeing all this reluctance from farmers today i doubted why our CM chosen Vijayawada/Guntur to be our capital... we are loosing lot of farming lands... when Sivaramakrishnan committee already suggested some other government owned land for constructing capital...and suggested its is not fit for multistoried buildings... then why Vijayawada/Guntur is a best fit Capital of Andhra ????
