phoenixrehabindia
Treatment provision The Government of India has financed 90, 483 detoxification and counseling centers across the country under the auspices of the National Drug detox program to treat people with substance abuse disorders, 45% of people seeking treatment in these centers are for alcohol dependence. Most of these centers are dead because they received a one-time grant. Paradoxically, for assistance rates in these centers are lowest in countries with the highest prevalence of alcohol consumption, and the overall effectiveness of planned treatment programmers is low. Proof of India is substantial that the direction of the policy is to focus on the macro-environments and make them more conducive to promoting the bank to health behaviors on changing individual behavior. Nevertheless, it is unlikely that state governments publicly recant their beliefs in the prohibition and alcohol control, and try to get out of public financing of health care. Private spending already accounts for 82% of total health expenditure.
