KillChillPandey
Just wanted to know few things if anyone has experienced this in past.. Due to USCIS regulation to mandatory file H1b amendment from may 21 2015 up on change in client location.. 1) What are the consequences if the Amendment is denied or rejected? if 140 is approved and Amendment is rejected, does it interfere with future GC processing? 2) Will Amendment overrule the Existing h1b term? Like if i have h1b approved till 2018, if i file amendment will the dates be backtracked based on new client contract details like approved h1b only for a year or 8 months?? But it wont increase the validity of ur h1 amend to 2019 if the client letter says for proj is for 3 years.
