Go to blogger.com .. as you know it is a part of google now

You can use your google account and create a blog like...   xxxxx.blogspot.com

You can always check out the rules in the help section or terms and condition of Blogger.com

How to edit a website template in bloggers.com:

follow this ::::

1)go to Dashboard (Located on top right hand side of your blog)

2)Click Layout

3)click Pick New Template link and you can see sample blogger templates provided.

If you want to upload your own template

Click on Edit HTML and browse your own template .

You can find many free templates just search in google ( three column or two column templates.)

After you are ready with you blog just reply to this thread and i will suggest you regarding ads based on your template style.
