do you count calories? if not you didn't try.. more calories=more weight.. 3500calories is 1 lb.. dhanni batti lekka chesuko... normal guys need atleast 2000 calories per day.. so need to eat more than that.. if you eat 3500 calories excess calories per week you will gain 1 lb/week and 4lbs/month..

bro potta povali n weight lagali  ante kris gettin ok na 

ardham kaledhu.. potta povali ante u need to lose weight.. simple logic.. only potta povali ane excercises undavu.. but abdomen excercises will tighten your core muscles.. you need to do those excercises along with cardio...

kris getthin is a trainer on bodybuilding.com adi program ok na ani asked , tried  jim stioppani shortcut to shred for 4 weeks and then longweekend messed it

kris getthin theliyadu kani stoppani workout is very good.. i did when cutting fat...lost lot of fat...

 

continue that workout.. you will see results.. use kettleball swings instead of cardio given in that plan.. you will see very good results..
