It all depends on the VO, how you answer to the question and also our fate.. i know a friend who's opt extn got denied, so joined school and crossed broader, visa stamped, next yr h1b picked and approved.

but u should not do similar master, i mean if u have done mscs already, then u should go fo MBA or MS in some other field. ledante incase master's finish ayyaka h1 apply chesthe reject avutundhi. ade studies continue chese time lo h1 vosthe no problem

Firstly why would you tell VO you have done double masters unless he/she aks you?

Don't think too much and stress out..be prepared for the answer it is not the only thing they will base their decision upon.

IMO you should never give out information until they ask you, it may be anything and in any interview, speak to the point(not more than 2 lines); always the next question will depend on your answer. So better you keep your other Ms low profile in resume or the documents you provide them only until the moment arises ie VO specifically questions what you have done during that time.

if someones age is 35 or 40 - got their h1 denied then they re-apply for another kupli college and tries to go stamping - something doesnt makes sense there kada - at above 30 student eesa ante risky ne vayya - I know one person who got denied for the same. Ofcrs eesa enduku deny chesaado telvad - but bottom line young ppl got successful with their visa with the above scenario andukune ala cheppithini.
