cops ki jarigindhi motham cheppi.... i need ur help to talk to her,.....as when i am trying to talk to her she in return thretening me that she will call cops that i am harassing her....

i need a cop here so that he can be as a witness just to ask her my things back in a right way,...

oka 15mins lo cops came, we both stepped out of the car,....evaroo sr, office...story motham vini,,,,......vedi id thesukoni car lo poi kurchoni edho matladanu....

 

after 10mins he came out and said,...ok i spoke to the chief officer i can be ur witness on what u are going to talk,.....i will let u talk only asking your things back,......eka paiki poi cop he himself door knocked,...

 

 

2 time ki door open cheyaledhu,...3rd time gattiga knock chesi cop shouted with a big voice "_____ county cops open the door"...

edu i am here to ask you to return my gifts back annadu,.....

litterally she started crying there itself,....nakaithe eddarini bokka lo vestharemo ani bhayapadi sachanu..

cops ki situation ardham anidhi,..... he immediately said "you have to keep this as a proof that u didnt asked her and he in return saying that she will call cops as he is harassing"

cop asked........ did you have any of his property, items, things?

Sir, i gave few gifts to her, and i have the proof interms of credit card statements, i have all the proof that they are paid by me

 

Cops said.....in order to collect those gifts for which she is saying that she doesnt have, you have to file a civil complaint about taking you property back from someone..

 

aa pori full crying,....then she said i have his gifts, give me a min i will get them back ani lopalaki vellindhi...

 

she came after 5 mins putting all the gifts back in a box...

 

cop asked are these your gifts.....

 

na dosth gadu,....i am not sure officer,...i think its better that i file a civil case as you said,..i just cant look at the objects and say if they are mine, i am not sure how good the quality of these things are there might be wear and tear in it,.....please help me how i can file a civil complaint.

 

 

cop again spoke on the radio and gave him the county office address and told him to visit there so that someone will help with this...

 

immediately he took to the police county office and they gave him a lawyer address...next day morning lawyer daggariki velladu,...annatlu gane civil case file chesindu,..... lawyer sent the paper that she is supposed to meet in the court with all the gifts taken from my frd....

 

 

 

today afternoon her roommate called me and said that girl is crying since 24hrs, how can your frd so this...

 

 

naku papam anipinchi bhayya,...i asked my frd why he want to do all this...

 

he just simply said......."she deserve the gifts from me,even this is also a gift for her to remember the entire life"
