How To Cook Juicy Chicken Legs In Oven

As i am on diet, week days eating Oven cooked Chicken Legs/Drumsticks  for dinner. Even though i am keeping for 1 hr(30 min one side and flipping later), chicken seems to be not well done inside. if i keep for extra time, outer layer becoming very dry.

 

Here is what i am doing.

 

Chicken Marination:

1) Chicken

2) Curd

3) Olive oil

4) Lemon

5) Indian Masala

6) Dhaniya powder

7) Salt

8) Chilli

9) Turmeric

10) Ginger Garlic

 

Even though i refrigerate for many hours still i cant feel that masala flavor in the inner part of meat as of outer layer.

 

Can anyone let me know 

How to make juicy well done chicken without outer layer becoming dry and also any ingredients i still need to add

Assuming you are cooking in a conventional oven and not microwave. Turn the cooking mode to "Roast" and not "Bake" Also, for juicy chicken, don't overcook it for 1 Hr. On average, 25-30 min at 350 F is good enough.
