currently a contractor with my client. contract konni rojullo aipotundi. Client FT offer chese chances unnayi. kaani GC eb3 lo chestaru. Naa current employer through eb2 lo 140 approve ayyi 6 months ayyindi. FT teeskovala vadda ? advice pls..

eb3 ante.. kastam... i would recommend to find another position that offers eb2

GC Eb3 lo enni rojullo apply chestadu.? default is 1 year ekkadaina...adi kuda company lo layoffs aite bisket vestaru wait ani.

salary or income lo 30%+ change vaste tappa...i would not prefer taking it.

My opinion : nee pd late undi and h1 validity untey try more.also salary wise and insurance benefits wise married auto close match unna take it. 

Eb2 to eb3 converted nenu kuda.. 140 is active from prev employer. Client will never do eb2 in my case unless I become director. Still stocks and other benefits made me stick to my decision man.. So choose yours wisely.. After 2 years is it beneficial money wise or not and alochinchu... Gc a dream at least for now man..

First of all what is the criteria they will apply eb1 for you man?? I saw ur posts about employer direct to client.. That is not kind of new or aa Okka reason ke Neeku gc eb1 lo cheyyaru ga.. M I missing something because of my absence. Please enlighten me man
