New rule vastundi ga 140 approve ayyi 6 months aithe employer can not withdraw. Use that 140 for H1 extensions with new employer.

salary depends on location  and position bro.... developer ki ithe 90-100K and tech lead role ithe 115-125 K...idhi nenu pani chese area lo range... Philly,NJ and Maryland area.....

 

salary negotiation is common anywhere...you need to tell HR that what you are asking is reasonable for your skill set and experience, that you are loosing the potential to get paid more in future as you will be sticking to this company for long time and there will not be any significant hikes until you get promoted...your employer already gives you vacation for 2-3 weeks and bonus company will be offering is not guaranteed component and you are already getting more with hourly pay and blah blah blah.....one thing is for sure....oka sari join ithe every year 1-3% kante hike ravatam chala kashtam.....so emi negotiate chesina join ayyeteppude cheyyali..once join ayyaka inka vallu icchindhi theesukoni moosukoni koorchovatame...chesedhi emi ledhu....
