EVC Model

Employer has two companies A and B.

EV- MSA Agreement using Company A

My Payroll-Company B

2015-H1 filed using Company B Denied with RFE.

2016 -H1 Filed using Vendor.-Approved

I signed non competence for Company A-My Payroll Company B

Employer threatening saying u signed Non Competence u cant switch to vendor.

Emails from Company A to Vendor-Will Sue you if you hire him.

Emails from Company B to Me-Will sue you for non competence.

 

My question -Is it Valid, Can he sue us??

Bhayya check non competence agreement lo emi vundhi... if he miss any point then that agreement wont work....

nuvvu asap DOL ki complain cheyyii...if neeku againsg ga emaina vesthe vaaalu it is not valid endhukante nuvvu mundhe DOL ki complaint sesaav ani..

employer meedha doubt vasthe manan first DOL ki complaint chesi unchaadame safe..nee meedha etu vanti allegations undaav unna void aypothye

If vendor is ready to hire you as full time employee , then ur current mesthri agreement will have 0 value . Athccare
