Bicep curls 35 *24

Cables tris - 160*12 180*5 100*20

Bis : 40*12 50*5 25*15 each hand

Standing triceps 80*10 75*12 50*15

Barbell bis : 80 *7 75*10 50*12

First 4 days ala untadi but after that this is very easy ... Dinlo emi antey ee time ani kadu breakfast lunch and dinner ani kailipi okey sari 1 Hr lo tinavachu it's super effective to loose body fat this is called IF you eat 1 hour and rest 23 hours ur fasting .. At the end you eat all ur calories in a hour ...
