Own consultancy starup with H4-ead to stop desi employers

Pakkadb lo evaro manchi point raise chesaaru. Why cant we form a group and start our own consultancy?

lets say four or five whatever families/friends came together and start a new consultancy on someone h4-ead and all work under that company. No more desi employers.

ok manchi marketting vadini India lo hire chesukovali and they should strictly follow now outside hiring or blood sucking things after starting new company.

how is the idea? is anything wrong with this concept?

nepal guys do the same thing....vallu first mana desi employers tho ne jobs techukuntaru...vendor, prime vemdor, client etc...job loki vellaka vallaki 1-2 years ki gc vasthundi kadha, gc ragane migatha nepal friends andharu kalisi oka company start chestharu llc....and andharu valla valla prime vendors tho matladutharu, employer change avthunnam nenu na company paina run cheyinchukunta payroll ani...

prime vendor gadu vendor/employer ki 60 isthunnadu anukondi, antey prime vendor gadiki minimum 80 vasthundi,....adhe 60 vellaku isthadu or 55 isthadu...so prime vendor gadiki konchem labham..and ee nepal gallaki kuda labham...employer commision undadhu, vendor comission undadhu..direct 55 dollars nepal company paina padthai...admin charges pakkana petukuni migathadi antha payroll lo run cheyinchukovachu....

h4 ead, valla spouse h1 meeda depend ayi untadi....so for any reason h1 biscuit aithey h4 ead kuda biscuit aithadi anukunta..then aa company nadapaleru...problems vasthai aa company lo unna vallu andhariki kuda...am not sure just chepthunna...

dhanni ela handle chestham anedhi telawali...

there is a huge difference between GC and H4 EAD....who would want to work for a company with uncertain future....

New i140 rule pass ayyaka no one can cancel i140 after 6 months so h4-ead ki indefinite. This is not for profit. Just close circle lo manalo manam varaka. To stop desi employers.

Yes, H4 EAD free to do anything legally otherwise h1 only bound to follow LCA.

Ee rakamyna employr freedom ideas Acuman and followers kavali ani koru kuntunnaru.

But that doesn't state that ur h1b can be retained for an indefinite period of time..H1 biskit ayyaka i140 unna lekapoina picha light..!!

Registering company on multiple h4-ead option untunndhemo kanukovali. Then we can resister consutalncy on multiple h4-ead for safe side.
