10 members employees unna company ne waste ani janaalu vellam antaaru man... nee kotha company ki h1 chestam gc chestam anta free free anna kuda evvar ostaaaru and first h1 cheyyali antey enta revenue chupinchaali company ani chaala untai man... nuvvu cheppinantaaa simple kaadu man... if you take this otherwise, good luck man...

No one would risk Their  jobs and join new company ..

Then all h1b uncles will join full time or continue contract for 1st year till company show some revenue and all h4-ead aunties will work on that company payroll and if possible join opt. Agiain this is not for profit just take out admin charges from enployees paycheck and everyone will get their full paycheck without percentages. Once company can show revenue in year end all uncles will join the company. 

One way or other we should stop the slavvery in desi consultancies especially those who treat employee like slaves.

Acuman needs every kuli educated this much. and this kind of vision needed. with H4 EADs possible. all EADs easily join instead of joining TX Gultes.

 

emi tagga vaddu, just remember one thing GOOGLE also first started with 40 employees. Apple started in garage.

 

Ee TX Gultes also started with 1 employee. we need one way or other way to break TX Gultes system.

All dbains should research on how can we utilize h4-ead as weapon in worst case scenario if we don't get any positive results from i140 rule. 

We should fight together and if I need as said above form in small groups and start companies on h4-ead or take help of gc relatives to start on their name. Pay them monthly some things for using their gc 

all people research on this.

us lo nee company good or bad dont go with that option. 

Fact not a reason: if you are successful one way or other they try to claim the company as it is with their name.
