this is real US concept.. mark my words:

there are a lot of indian immigrants in the US. so in order to curb that US govt will act in the following manner:

1. Those waiting in line will keep on waiting...they wont do anything...dates wont move fast and you will have to wait atleast 10-30 yrs for your GC.

2. But they will give unlimited extensions (even with a new employer) of h1b based on approved I-140.

so mana options either stay on h1b till we get GC or die (whichever is earlier) or leave the country and go back to where we came from....
