My ACV routine is

Early morning I add this to Korean Ginseng tea along with one lime.4 teaspoonfuls

Mid afternoon add it to cardamom and cinnamon based green tea

ACV should not be in contact with tooth....

ACV takes out enamel from teeth which is not good...so dilute ACV which is acidic in water always...

Yes that's why I add it to Korean Ginseng tea or other herbal tea

Rosemary idea ledu kaani heard great things about Onion juice when it comes to your hair. Try it and let me know. Naaku dandruff ledu so not sure about how egg might affect your hair if you have it.

Rosemary kanna Sesame oil manchidi hair ki ani vinna, doesn't mean Rosemary isn't good. Just anthaga teliyadu naaku aa particular oil gurinchi anthey.

use straw when you drink.... smell & taste first lo chala bitter ga anipisthundi .... kani oka one week continuos ga tagithe tarvatha lite

acne unte face ki apply chesukovachu cotton tho
