seemasri
The cause of conjunctivitis is not always apparent and it’s sometimes impossible to determine the cause. Typically, you treat with cool compresses, Tylenol, and vigorous hand-washing. If you suspect bacteria, you treat with an antibiotic like erythromycin. Pathognomonic symptoms include: 1. Viral: watering, follicles, swollen lymph nodes 2. Bacterial: creamy discharge, unilateral 3. Allergy: bilateral itching and swelling.FOR MORE
