Okappudu SAP ki vachedi ani vinnanu but that era is over...Oracle apps admins ki kuda vachevi...oracle apps ki recent times varaku vachayi...last 6 months lo H4 eads valla rates padipoyayi antunnaru....i switched jobs last year 4 times and even in dec...i worked for same or got better rates...may be i just dont know about other techs...i can talk for java/j2ee
