Cigniti Outsourcing

Rent-A-Center laid off folks from the PMO and outsourced their jobs in January. Then they laid off the entire QA org in mid-February, and immediately outsourced their jobs to Cigniti, and Indian company. The company is not the only one in Plano that's outsourcing, there is a lot of companies that go after cheap Indian IT labor nowadays, it's sickening and nobody does anything about this. We are selling our country to foreigners for a fistful of dollars saved.

once up on a time usa used to flourish on cotton and coal industries.. later cotton moved to asia and  mexico... coal industry is now hold only 50,000 jobs

later it thrived on manufacturing.. made in usa was a thing. But after china economical revolution all the production went to china  , all production jobs, manufacturing jobs are gone .. around million production jobs outsourced to china.

 

Now it is trend of IT , things wont remain the same all the time. The qa testing jobs that are outsourced to india will be replaced by automation in less than 2 years..

do you want to complain cloud and automation ?

 

future is in hands of Auotmation and artificial intelligence.. more and more jobs in usa are replaced by automation more than outsourcing.

I worked for rent a center man , layoffs ayyayi kaani only for contractors that too because SAP go live was pushed to 2018 1st quarter.

second thing yenti ante cigniti does only QA. And rent a center lo full time QA people yevaru leru.

contractors ni lepi QA from cigniti pettukunnaru anthey.

akkada QA antha h4 ead vallu, no progress. Yenni rojulu ani teliyakunda untundhi management  ki.
