what if there are no buyers and price comes down by 10 - 20% and want to sell it, what about agent fee? and all other stupid fees involved in buying/selling?

rates are going high every 3 m0nths, so no one knows when can you say it reached peak...last 3 yrs nunchi notice chesa... houses have gone up by 100k+ and still going up.

In CA  rent is 2 -2.5 k for 1 bhk which is $30 k per annum...adi 5 yrs anuku its $150k
