850k ki town homes vasthayi. Kaani schools rating bagundali antey kastam.

Fremont lo manchi schools unna areas lo minimum 1.1m undi rate. Same is the case with milpitas & san jose.

 

Newark lo ravochu kaani schools i doubt.

 

Livermore dublin areas lo schools bagunayi.  U may get a townhome for 800k. Chaala fast ga develop ayyayi aa areas

You can Check out Dublin area, The schools are good around this area.  in redfin search for zip 94568

safe area and bart connectivity undhi to SFO. But if you work in San Jose area, commute sucks. 

You can get an average single family home around 800-900K. New ones with 5b/4.5 Bath are around 1.3 Million.

kontaru bro... naa friend she is single... recently bought a home in bay area for 700k... she has a good job though
