5) Min 10L antey edaina apartment konali..... by paying 10L as downpayment and pay rent towards EMI - you may need to 1/2 of EMI every month, as rents in india may not equal to EMIs

6) chinna chinna schemes unnai - like maa cousin does bitcoin trading and mining. vallu invest 3L now... and every month you will get 60k for next 6 month. so by end of 6 months - you will 3.6L

try building a warehouse/ godown if you have land and rent/lease it.

Or if you have contacts buy a small bar run it in Hyd. 2-3cr kavali.

Aiming just 5.4L for 3 years aha not a viable option amma. i would rather put the same amount on a land..Value of the investment wont appreciate as much as a plot would..Completely ruled out
