H1 extension RFE replied but status not updated on USCIS

Hi anyone went through similar situation: H1 extension rfe replied a week back and it does not reflect on the USCIS. 

If yes can you let me know if it got updated late or received a reply directly in mail without any update on website. Thank you!

Yes . Status gets changed very late in most cases.
