yea konta mandi friends wives working in small/medium companies which never sponsor H1B but open to take H4 EAD

Most of companies are preferring H4-EAD than H1 for full-time as there is no head-ache of paperwork and immigration.

worst part enti ante in case of contracting they can directly work with end client whereas H1 has to stick with employer and 2-3 three layers in between......very unfair.

Depends on the type of companies. 

A desi contracting shop will definitely prefer since they can easily get them on board and in case of contract suspension they ca get rid of them easily with minimum costs involved.

However real FTE offer chese companies they will prefer EAD on Day 1. If they are aware of how they got the EAD (in this case H4) they have been showing a lot of hesitation because of the fact that their employee's immigration status is dependent on the spouse's status which the company will not be able to sponsor/control/decide if they wish to.

Nijam gaa worth undi, H1B sponsorship leka work cheyyaleka potunte I feel bad for those folks since this is a fantastic opportunity. 

For example, maa inti daggara Starbucks lo oka ammayi Barista gaa working. She is H4 EAD. Now she cannot work if this is gone, alage local banks lo I saw few tellers. They dont make loads of money but for them they have a purpose for their time and dont feel useless.

working in starbucks and walmart is like directly replacing Americans ... which is completely wrong.....ela chesthe nallolu and americans will fcuk in coming days with more hatred and shootings.

Atleast IT lo americans thakkuva and the impact of replacing Americans is very very less.

Don't you know about people loosing jobs (h1b) in Dallas. NJ etc and getting them replaced my manager friend's wife (H4-EAD) and preferred for new positions.

it is very easy to convince HR, top level managers if there is no need of sponsorship....so very easy to replace H1 with H4-EAD.

Why is it wrong dude?

When a European, Srilankan, Afghani, Pakistani, Nigerian, any one can come legally and get their PR within 2 years why should an Indian wait for 70+ years. 

People did not get here because some family member sponsored their visa without them knowing they could move here. We are people who moved with basic education, english speaking skills, pay taxes, maintain status legally and what not. 

If we are considered temp workers, why is the Govt collecting SSN & medicare taxes from us? Vaadevadu dallas lo manager gaadu wife ki job ippinchadu ani mottam andariki EAD teeseyyali antunnaru enduku? Vaadi meeda anta kopam unte velli aa company lo HR ki complain cheyyamani cheppu

all countries kalipina manalo sagam kuda vundaru ...excluding chinkies and illegal maccu's.

we came here as foreigners and we are always a guest here and we shouldn't feel like all these as our fundamental rights.

Now don't argue about the immigration land and everyone is immigrant here ..... our next generations will also become citizens here with all fundamental rights.

H4 EAD is going to be repealed mostly around 6 months from now. Once they win the case, next one will be on OPT extension (36 month case) because both parties argue that it's unconstitutional. More analysis is written in perchingtree.

If H4 EAD is gone, OPT 36 month lawsuit will be appealed as well in Dept of Justice, because both parties  arguments are same.

H4 EAD might be few (can;t prove that they are taking US jobs as they are very few compared to OPT) but OPT defintely are large in number, So that will be back to 12 months as it used to be couple of years back. I feel for these people, becasue we don;t have support among ourselves, We blame H4's and OPT's. Get ashamed looking at DACA people. They fight united and the govt is going to pass a bill making them legal citizens while we still abuse one another , H4's , OPT's and H1;s. I can only say that as long as these type of jealousy Indians are around us (majority of them are in this forum only) you can forget HR 392, GC etc..

When supporting for HR 392 and attending townhalls, DC offices almost every office asks the same. You keep saying million+ people are in backlog where are they? Ted Cruz office staff aithe direct gaa anestaru - you guys are not supportive among yourselves, sorry about that ani. But we have been to that office many times.

Yes, u r right. The issue is within us. If u see this forum, majority of them abuse each other . Instead of this, if we were united without any jealousy,abuse we will have got our GC's or atleast EAD's. The lawyers took advantage of this and diluted i140-EAD rule. We are never going to see the light of HR 392 because we spend our time abusing each other,  Shameful bunch of people!!! You can forget about GC backlog etc.

oka sari IV meet ki veldam ani colleague ki chepte vadu na photo store aipotadi fed govt degara nenu i485 file chesinappudu naku deny chestaru ani told. Manollu mind still in feudalistic time
