Democracy lo everyone has to answer to someone since there is accountability. There might be or might not be any corruption or bad intentions in the way  CBN is doing polavaram work. But thinking that he is beyond questionable and He doesn't has to answer to anyone and he can do anything with out any process etc are not possible in democracy. If we wants to do that , that is called emperor rule or he will be called Private company CEO. nenu nippu , naa government nippu ani vallu vallu anukunte saripodu , he has to answer to some.

He also made a very bold statement directed towards center saying all the center projects are filled with corruption and they never get finished in time and that is the reason state government is taking up this project on own. 

Imagine how a person like modi will see such statements.

Don't know if it will get delayed that much. May be year or two.

Also do not understand why CBN keeps saying if this project is stopped now , It will never happen in future. If it is delayed then I understand cost will increase, But don't understand why cant happen for ever.

Result elagaina, CBN cannot do anything unless NDA-3 forms with majority of support from TDP..42 MP’s kadu, barely 20 MP’s...and other parties are cozying up with NDA leaving behind CBN..

Language is a big barrier for TDP ..CBN should concentrate on Delhi things more than Amaravati Times..

1) As Polavaram was declared a national project, why did state govt appeal to central govt and niti ayog that state govt themselves take up the construction of the project ?

     dam project. or commissions and chillara  tho thammullanu khush cheyyochu ani ayinaa ayyundaali.

2) if central BJP gaaandu's can say we will only pay for polavaram as per 2014 rates, how the fukk can CBN not speak up and say , how can that be possible?

3) also if center asks for expense report  for work till now, aaa expense report iyyadam lo antha ibbandi enduku? edo sheelam shankisthunnantha build up lu 10gatam enti?

    unnadhi unnattu isthey aypoddi, even if there were discrepancies own up to it and central govt (ey project lo % lekunda panulu avthaay adhi center ollaki telavada??).

Allies power lo undi kooda oka owned up project (getting paid from center) ki kooda inni ibbandhulu padatam choosthuntey nijangaaney edo pedda skecth undhi ani anipisthundhi between TDP and BJP.
