Good that he brought up a thing or two  about Govt of India establishments such as CCMB, ECIL, etc and Geographical location being the selling factors, which underlines the fact that its not solely due to Nakka’s item dance...No one denies CBN’s effort as a CM. CBN was like a high level manager but coder/coolies were civil servants. 

Yes he did what he did as everything else helped/aided him immensely.

if during his reign as AP CM, if things align as they happened for HYD, he will again do a good job and if think he cant , you may be hoping that age actches upto him.

The thing is Vijayawada isnt many things that HYD was in 97-98's  and viceversa, so ppl have to look beyond IT now and into other sectors.
