Taking Passport photo for infant(2 months old)

Initially when we applied they took photo in USPS. Later we received a letter from department of state that photo is under exposed. Can you please suggest where to take the baby for passport photo like walgreens, costco or CVS ?Please suggest if some one has faced the similar situation

We took at cvs.. they will know the rules, when applying if u go to post office they will make sure that photo is right.

Lay your baby on a white blanket and take a picture and take a passport editing software 1-2$ ki online lo vuntai and give a print out to walgreens / cvs

I cannot experiment now... I have already received the letter from the agency that photo is not good.
