Hi,

I was laid off from an employer A in Dec last week, but my h1 revoke request may have submitted but its not completed yet. I have i94 valid till 2019 with this employer.

I able to get a new job through Indian consultancy and my h1 filed few days back in regular processing. Now I may get a receipt notice in soon and will be joining the Indian consultancy client in a week. 

My actual question now I got a full time job and wanted to do h1 transfer. I read in online if I do this it comes as a bridging petition and decision won't be coming to My h1 through Indian consultancy gets approved.

what is the best way to proceed in this situation.

there is nothing called h1 transfer, evey h1 application is same. employer h1 petition vesthaadu for this job I am hiring this guy ani anthey..  aa application velley time ki nuvvu status lo unnavo ledho thelusukodaaniki old h1 approval copy and latest pay slips aduguthaadu. for sure if you know that your employer A h1 revoke pettaledhu anukuntey  easy ga vesukovachu no issues. you can file multiple h1s
