Horrific gang rape shocks India as 15-year-old girl dies after suffering ruptured LIVER and LUNGS as group of men took turns mutilating her

• The lower class Dalit girl from Haryana went missing on Tuesday morning
• She was found 100km away with 19 serious injuries and signs of drowning

'At least four men are suspected to be behind the crime,' said district police chief Abhishek Garg.

'A massive search is underway to arrest the perpetrators', he added.

Her liver and lungs had been ruptured and an object had been jammed into her privates, doctors said.

The school girl's half-naked body was found near a canal about 100 kilometres away from her home near the city of Kurukshetra.

She was discovered wrapped in a torn shirt with wounds on her face, neck, lips and chest. 

 

A post mortem also suggested at least four people had been involved in her rape and torture. It also confirmed she had suffered drowning.

Police said they believe she died two days before she was discovered, reports NDTV.

 

'The body had many injury marks, the private parts were mutilated and there were lots of internal injuries,' said SK Dattarwal, a doctor from the Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences.

'Signs of sexual assault are visible and it looks like at least four people were responsible, a hard and blunt thing was inserted inside her, signs of drowning also found.'

He said it was apparent that the girl had struggled to escape but was gagged, and someone sat on her chest.

The girl's distraught father criticised the Indian administration, saying: 'My daughter was kidnapped and raped. She was tortured. If the administration had done its job well, an incident like this would have never happened.'

Local police said two special investigation teams had been set up to look into the girl's death.

Just hours after the grisly discovery, police in Panipat district on Saturday found the body of a 12-year-old girl in a pond.

Panipat police chief Rahul Sharma said two men, both neighbours of the victim, had been arrested over the crime.

Both had confessed to luring the girl to their house before raping and killing her, Sharma said.

The crimes underscore India's atrocious record on sexual violence, which remains high despite authorities vowing to stamp out the scourge.

Haryana: 11-year-old Dalit girl ‘killed, then gangraped’ in Panipat

The girl was allegedly abducted Saturday evening when she had gone out of her home to throw garbage at the village garbage dump. 

A Dalit girl, a Class 7 student, was found dead on the outskirts of Panipat district’s Urlana village on Sunday morning. Police said that the 11-year-old was first murdered and then gangraped allegedly by two of her neighbours.  Police have arrested the two accused, Pradeep (28) and Sagar, 24. “The accused took her to the house of Pradeep. They first killed the girl and then raped the corpse. They burnt her clothes in an attempt to destroy the evidence. The victim as well the accused belong to Valmiki community,” said Sandeep Singh, SHO of Matlauda police station where an FIR has been registered.

The girl was allegedly abducted Saturday evening when she had gone out of her home to throw garbage at the village garbage dump.  Pradeep is unmarried, while his accomplice is married. Both accused will be produced before a court on Monday. Meanwhile, referring to these two cases, former Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda said there was complete breakdown of law and order in the state. “This government has failed on all fronts. The law and order situation has completely broken down. Children are neither safe in schools nor in their homes. Such heinous crimes are increasing, but the government seems to be in slumber,” he said.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has said that the accused in the Jind murder case has also been identified and would be arrested soon.

SHOCKER from Faridabad! 22-year-old girl kidnapped, gang-raped in moving car for two hours before being dumped

 

Faridabad (Haryana): In a shocking incident, a young girl was allegedly gang-raped in a moving car in a town bordering the national capital on Sunday.

 

As per reports, the girl aged 22 was first kidnapped by three unidentified men before being raped by them in a moving car in Haryana's Faridabad, part of the National Capital Region.

The Faridabad Police said the girl was dropped near a petrol pump in Sikri by the accused after the incident.

The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Faridabad, said injury marks were found on the victim's head and body.

He added that an FIR has been registered in the case and a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been constituted for the investigation.

As per reports, the girl was abducted from a busy road in Faridabad’s Sector 16 area.

The Hindu stated that she was allegedly gang-raped in the moving car, reportedly a jeep, for around two hours before being dumped on the roadside.

The victim was returning to her home from the office when she was abducted around 7 pm. While she was on the road with her colleagues, they could only watch in horror as the men kidnapped the girl.

She told the police later that the men took turns to rape her in the moving vehicle and even switched off her mobile phone.

5-Year-Old Allegedly Raped, Violated With Stick, Murdered In Haryana

HISAR:  A five-year-old girl has been allegedly raped and brutally murdered in Haryana's Hisar district. Her family, which found the body this morning, has alleged that she was violated with a wooden stick by the accused.

The girl's mother says she had gone off to sleep at 9 pm yesterday along with her daughter at her home in a village in Hisar, about 160 km from Delhi. When she woke up this morning, the girl wasn't besides her.

"I asked around the neighbourhood, later the body was found in the village," the mother said.
 

 

The girl's uncle said the body had been violated. "The body was found violated with a wooden stick. There was blood everywhere, even coming out of the mouth," he said.

The police say the forensics department and the dog squad have visited the crime scene. They, however, will confirm sexual assault only after the post-mortem report is out.

"It prima facie looks like a case of sexual assault, but we will say for certain only after the post-mortem report," said Jitender Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hisar. 

A Special Investigation Team has been formed and a hunt for the accused is on. "A First Information Report has been registered, SIT has been formed for thorough investigation in the case, no persons have been arrested yet," Mr Kumar added.

The horrifying incident comes just a week ahead of the fifth anniversary of the Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case in Delhi that shocked and enraged the country and made international headlines and prompted the government to take a re-look at laws concerning crimes against women.

Man rapes daughter-in-law, sets her on fire in Odisha

 

BARIPADA: In a shocking incident, a 55-year-old man has been detained by police for allegedly raping his daughter-in-law and trying to kill her by setting her on fire at Bazarsahi under Ward no-5 on Saturday. The accused has been identified as Ram Gopal Khemka.

 

Rairangpur SDPO Amulya Kumar Dhir said as per the complaint filed by the woman’s father Dilip Kumar Agarwal, Khemka had raped his daughter-in-law after finding her alone in their house on Friday evening. After committing the crime, Khemka set her on fire. Locals rushed to the spot on seeing smoke billowing from the house and found the 22-year-old woman engulfed in flames.

They rushed her to Rairangpur hospital but as her condition deteriorated, she was shifted to a hospital in Jamshedpur with 95 per cent burn injuries. The SDPO said as per the complaint, the woman was repeatedly sexually exploited by her father-in-law for the last few months.

During the preliminary investigation, it was found that the woman had recently disclosed the matter to her husband Abinash and also sent a Whatsapp message to her brother, who lives at Badagaon village in Sundargarh district, the SDPO said. But, the assaults only increased after the disclosure.

“We informed the woman’s parents about the incident after she was admitted to hospital, following which they rushed to Rairangpur,” the SDPO added. Her family members reportedly caught hold of Khemka and thrashed him before handing him over to the police.  A case under Section 498(A), 506, 307, 376 and 34 of IPC has been registered against Khemka. His son Abinash, daughter Payal and wife Sunita are absconding. The woman was married to Abinash about two and a half years ago and ever since she was being physically and mentally exploited by her in-laws, her parents said.
