Unless the 21 year old driver went through a stop sign or light then he should not be a "suspect" as the article says... It said the Bola's were pulling out of a private drive trying to make a left... That would make them at fault....Just going by how they described it here. A lot of key information is missing here. Unless he does come back as impaired and indeed speeding.... that hasn't been confirmed yet...then he will be a suspect...

35th was closed below Bell before 7pm so was this a secondary accident or is the news story incorrect?

Yup, story incorrect - Police tweeted the accident at 7:14pm. So sad but at least only one accident, not two
