Everyday sound sleep atleast 7 hrs veyyali vayya..

body ki enough rest lekapothe, adamarchi nidrapothu gurakalu pedatharu..

daily 1 hr workut chesi, night food tagginchi paduko.. you can see the change.

problem with guraka, is you might be having sleep apnea  , that is really bad , i had a recent examination with my PCP for similar problem and had a sleep study which was normal by god grace but they recommended loosing weight to prevent future sleep apnea 

But with sleep apnea , you will have lot of problem with blood pressure , diabetes , poor activity during day time leading to increased tiredness and fatigue
