India in next 50 -100 years.

What do you guys think will happen to India in the next 50-100 years?  What are your predictions?

One of the richest country with lot of poor people ... Telugu people still fighting about greatness b/w NTR+CBN &&&& YSR + JMR regime.

1. population will come to saturation and will start decreasing 

2. not many people will go to US in IT sector

3. corruption remains same

4. transportation will be easy and take less time

5. very less count of arranged marriages

6. a phone with every person who is of age 13 or above

Will become third largest economy, second if a lot of things go right. High levels of income inequality. Since we have one of the highest percentage of young population, lot of unemployment. May be a universal basic income concept like the one that already started in Europe.I personally think corruption and red tape will go down as more people get educated. War with neighboring countries over land will shift to war over water. Something similar to interstate system project in US will be finished.

Economy will grow and will be the third largest after China and US but a lot of poor people will remain poor and the rich will become richer.. Population growth will stop and will start stabilizing.. There will be very few arranged marriages only limited to rural areas..

Indians will find more reasons to fight on the basis of region, caste, language and religion..

Worst of all the weather will become unbearable.. Temperatures will increase by 5 degrees C and and rains will result in a lot of flooding  because of encroachment of lakes and natural areas like what happened in Chennai. Most of the major metro areas will face severe water shortages. The pollution in cities will become really worse leading to diseases like cancer and asthma.. Severe infrastructure issues will be the norm with more people buying cars and more people trying to commute everyday to work. Traffic in big cities will be a nightmare..

In short the economy will grow but the quality of life will decrease because of lack of infrastructure, harsh weather and pollution and internal chaos..The rich will try to move to western countries like USA, UK, Canada and Australia like what the Chinese millionaires are doing but the  middle class and poor will lead a miserable life because of weather, pollution, lack of infrastructure and internal strife.
